How to Get Started

To avoid any surprises, please familiarize yourself with the few steps that TriView takes to start our relationship on the right path.
  1. Meet with TriView Associate
To ensure that your condo association receives the best possible management services, we want to get to know your property and association. At your convenience, we will arrange a meeting with the entire board, or even an individual member, in order to discuss your community's needs.

  2. Transfer of Information Regarding Condo Association and Property
We will request that you provide us with information regarding the building, including the association and finances. In the case that you are working with another property management firm, we can communicate directly with them to save you any hassles.

  3. Presenting Our Plan for Success
After we have all the information we need, we will submit our detailed property maintenance plan to the board with the following categories: Immediate, 6 months, 12 months and 2 years. The building walk-through will be done by the dedicated property manager and a building engineer.  This will allow TriView to address deferred maintenance while planning for the future.

  4. Introducing TriView to the Board
We will provide each association member with a welcome packet that includes all of the information they will need, including our contact information, the services we provide, and an introduction to the Online Community Forum and the TriView Association Resource Center.
To receive a quote, contact TriView’s Director of Condo Association Management Services, Brent Straitiff at (773) 572-0902, or email him at brents@triviewproperty.com. We look forward to working with you!
