Neal O'Brien Property Manager
Neal has been involved in the real estate sector for nearly a decade. He embarked into his real estate career at a young age as an apprentice in his family property management and construction business. In 2007, Neal moved to Iowa City to work for the largest owner of off-campus student housing, assisting in the management of more than 5,000 residents. From the independent needs of a tenant or employee, to the collective goals of a condominium association, Neal appreciates the demands of property management and understands his role in maintaining the value of each and every building he manages.
He is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and is a Certified Residential Property Manager.
Neal attended the University of Iowa with a focus on Facilities Management & Entrepreneurial Endeavors and currently lives in the Bucktown neighborhood of Chicago.
Karyn Waxman Property Manager
Karyn became interested in real estate management while serving on her condominium board for over twelve years. She has over 20 years of experience in project management, customer service, and sales. One of Karyn’s best attributes is her ability to form quick and long lasting relationships with her clients as their complete satisfaction is her utmost goal. Karyn has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Purdue University and is extremely passionate about Purdue football and basketball. She is a long-time resident of Lincoln Park where she resides with her dog, Lola.
Nicole Moortgat Property Manager
Nicole joined the real estate industry in 2001 assisting in property management, leasing and marketing of retail and lifestyle centers. Property management quickly became second nature and as her passion for real estate grew she became involved in many different areas. Nicole now has experience with residential, condo associations, office, and retail, as well as construction project management. With her broad span of knowledge and experience in the industry she strives to continue to further her career in property management. Originally from Chicago, she currently resides in Morton Grove.
Matthew Dorsch Assistant Property Manager
Matthew began his real estate career by graduating from DePaul University with a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate and Business Management in 2011. While working towards his degree at DePaul University, he was sanctioned for a study abroad program in China and Thailand specializing in real estate and business management. Due to his exceptional customer assistance and strong leadership skills in project management through his studies, Matthew became the ideal candidate for TriView’s assistant property manager program. He currently lives in Edison Park with his family and his dog Chloe.
Peter Antos C.P.A. Finance Manager
Peter joined TriView with nearly 15 years of accounting experience in the property management industry. In 1996 he began working with Urban Retail Properties, providing accounting for their entire fee-managed portfolio. Peter then moved on to The Habitat Company in April of 2000 to manage the accounting functions for their housing authority portfolios in Chicago and St. Louis. In addition, Peter was charged with managing the accounting needs of their newly-formed condominium management division. In October of 2001, Peter was invited by two of Habitat’s Vice Presidents to form a new property management company with an increased national presence. Peter strives to provide timely, straightforward and relevant financial statements that are tailored to the needs of the client. Peter has a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Peter lives in Andersonville and enjoys riding his bike and finding a good deal in the city.
Carmen Brown Marketing Director
Carmen leads the marketing and communication efforts on behalf of TriView. With nearly ten years of sales and marketing experience, she began her career at Chicago-based CDW where she attended their award-winning sales and technical training. She then moved on to market research firm Mintel, consulting Fortune 500 companies regarding their marketing strategies in the Financial Services industries. Carmen is thrilled to bring her background and expertise to help TriView connect with clients and improve overall communication, all while building and strengthening ongoing relationships. Carmen received her BS in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She resides in Wicker Park with her husband and cat.
Jenny Cruz Operations Manager
Jenny has been with TriView since 2009 and oversees human resources, back-office system development, and assisting in managing overall operations. Bringing a proven ability in the client services sector, she has been an essential part of our organization. With a BA from the University of Miami, Jenny continued her studies at DePaul University in a Master of Education degree. She prides herself in being a lifelong learner and plans to complete many senior-level executive and professional development courses throughout her time with TriView. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she relocated to Chicago in 2008 and currently resides in the Logan Square neighborhood with her dog.
Shana Johnson Administrator, Investment Division
Shana is an Administrative Assistant at TriView, supporting both the investment and property management divisions within the company. She prides herself in her client service and organizational expertise. With a Bachelor of Art degree in Theatre from Millikin University, Shana is also in charge of networking and promotions for her theatre company, Two Lights Theatre Co. Originally from the northwest suburbs, she currently resides in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago with her dog, Chico.
