You remain in the driver’s seat when you enlist TriView’s tenant placement services. You maintain the right to market your property on your own, as you see fit.

We list your properties on the MLS, with over 20 of our partner sites, and on our TriView Property website. Our listed properties average over 1,000 unique online visitors each month! Each property is provided with a “For Rent” sign to attract street traffic.

TriView understands the importance of first impressions, that’s why we take professional pictures to showcase your property in the best possible light.

Help Determine Monthly Rent

Take the guess work out of the equation - let our knowledgeable leasing agents help you determine the maximum monthly rent you can charge for each property.

Applicant Screening

To ensure you are placed with responsible renters, we perform background checks on all potential tenants, including landlord and employer verification, and credit checks.

Lease Signing

In accordance with the Chicago Landlord Tenant Ordinance, we take care of all aspects of the lease signing, which includes all of the security deposit paperwork, heating disclosures and EPA lead-based paint communication.
