Brent Straitiff
Brent Straitiff launched into the real estate industry in 2002 with rehab construction. He quickly established a reputation for integrity and reliability with his clients. Brent prides himself on doing whatever it takes to get things done and is passionate about each aspect of real estate. He is an active advocate for green building and its technology. He continues to work on a sustainable balance between development, natural resources, and communities. A founding member of TriView Property & Investments, Brent is the managing broker and heads the Community Association division of TriView Property Management. He believes in developing a team of dedicated entrepreneurs that encompass his passion and persistence. Brent takes a proactive approach to adding long-term value to each community. Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, he received a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University and currently lives in Lincoln Park with his wife, two daughters, and dog.

Nathan has significant experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success for his clients. While working for a Fortune 500 company, Nathan purchased his first condo and realized his true passion for real estate. He has never looked back. With each client Nathan brings his passion along with his industry knowledge of the dynamic real estate market, helping clients arrive at an informed decision that meets their individual interests and desires. Nathan enjoys working with experienced investors as well as first-time homebuyers to reach the full potential and vision of each project.
A founding member of TriView Property and Investments, Nathan currently head the Rental Property Management division of TriView Property Management.
